Aimee Aristotelous and Richard Oliva
Aimee Aristotelous, author of The Whole Pregnancy: A Complete Nutrition Plan for Gluten-Free Moms to Be, is a certified nutritionist, specializing in prenatal and general nutrition. Aristotelous has written and presented on numerous nutrition topics for a variety of outlets including Health Magazine, Consumer Health Digest, Simply Gluten-Free Magazine, The INSIDER, Delight Gluten-Free Magazine, The National Celiac Association, CBS, ABC, CW, Whole Foods Market, Crossfit, Center for Health and Human Services, and has appeared in over fifty nutrition and cooking segments on an NBC news station in California. In addition to her Nutrition and Wellness certification through American Fitness Professionals and Associates, Aimee has a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing from California State University, Long Beach. She has ten years of professional marketing experience for a large, private California-based company. Aimee currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with her husband and son, and enjoys the beach, cooking, and traveling. Richard Oliva, co-author of The Eat to Keep Fit Diet, is a certified nutritionist and fourth-degree Judo black belt. He has been instructing and coaching judo for three decades, while adhering to an “almost keto” lifestyle. A corporate executive, Oliva maintains ideal weight and health through this food regimen despite having a hectic career that involves extensive hours and travel. In addition to his Nutrition and Wellness certification through American Fitness Professionals and Associates, Richard has a bachelor’s degree in geology from Kent State University. He currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and enjoys working out, cooking, traveling, and teaching judo in his free time.
